He felt it needed to be cleaned up so our potential buyers would feel more positive about the grounds. Additionally, Jennifer went out and bought flowers and flower pots and planted them. 4. Jennifer organized all my tasks, like calling the utilities and signing my documents. She even made some various calls for me. 5. Jennifer and Mark relentlessly followed up with me— even months AFTER the sale. Unbelievable. 6. And most importantly, we ended up getting two full price offers at a $50,000 more asking price than any other realtor predicted. Unbelievable. Additionally, Jennifer and Mark helped me BUY my new home. They spent countless hours with me driving around the entire metro area so I could see everything. Their knowledge of the whole city was amazing. And, despite my picky tendencies, they helped me find the perfect house. And honestly, they made it fun. I’m so happy I listened to them and bought what I did. If I was going to summarize my review in one sentence, I would simply say that if you don’t at least interview Jennifer and Mark, you are making a big mistake, and if you don’t retain them, you’re making a bigger one.
